AGM Information:

Our AGM will be held immediately following the close of our information day on September 26th. At the AGM, voting on the following Board membership will occur:

4 patient, 2 carer and 4 Health care professional members.

Nominations for replacement of two out-going officers, i.e. vice-chair and secretary, are now being accepted and must be received within 4 weeks of the AGM.
